Every item sold by FirstCommunionClothing.com is unconditionally guaranteed.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, please pay shipping and handling and send it back to us within five days from the time of receipt.  We will credit your charge card or refund your money (US Currency) for the amount of your purchase (minus shipping) or exchange the item for you.    

RETURNS FOR A REFUND

Due to the nature of christenings and first communions, we can only offer five days to review your order and then return it for a 100% merchandise refund minus shipping.  DO NOT overnight any packages to us, JUST POSTMARK THEM WITHIN THE 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT and send the order back at any rate that you wish.

EXCHANGES

We offer a full 30-day exchange on any item you order from FirstCommunionClothing.com.  Although, most of our exchanges are for a different size gown or outfit, we also give replacements for defects, and exchange for different style of gown or outfit.  

ORDERING 2 THEN RETURNING 1

There is a $5.00 restocking fee for those of you who would like to order 2 gowns/outfits/items with the intent of returning 1 of them.  This fee covers: added processing time for charges/returns to your credit card, additional shipping costs due to increased weight, receiving and restocking, and also takes into account inventory depletion factors.
